What are your hours of operation?
Our business hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, Pacific Time.

What Programs do you accept?
We accept Quark, Illustrator, Pagemaker, InDesign, Photoshop, Publisher,  ($50 upcharge), Word,TIFF, EPS, and PDF's.

What is your turnaround time?
Our normal turnaround time for products listed on this web page is five working days from approval of your proof.  Letterpress jobs and color catalogs take a bit longer.  Our workload on letterpress jobs varies greatly throughout the year, so please call or email us for our current turnaround time. 

How do I get my digital files to you?
Click on the "Upload Files" tab on the left side of this page, or if you are placing an order, a link will appear at the conclusion of your checkout.

How do I get a proof to check?
We will email a PDF proof, or if you prefer, we will output a hard proof which we will ship UPS Next Day Air at an additional charge

I just want some carbonless forms printed. Can't I just send you an original instead of the file?
Yes, we can work right from your hard copy original or your digital files.

How do you ship?  We ship UPS.  You have the option to choose, Ground, Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or 3 Day Select.
